Personal data

This site is fully static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and collects no data through any form — the booking and contact forms shown on the site are disabled ("available soon").

Data you send us

When you contact us by email or phone, you voluntarily provide the information you choose (name, contact details, preferred dates, and so on). We use it solely to answer your request and organise your stay.

• Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow from it.
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request, then up to 24 months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
• Recipients: only the villa's owner family. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical logs

Our host (Amazon CloudFront) may record technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period.

Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com) and an icon stylesheet from cdnjs (Cloudflare). As a result of this loading, those services may receive your IP address. No other third-party service is used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Tunisian personal-data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@lazharbouaziz.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP, Tunisia) or, where applicable, the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Guest reviews

The reviews shown on the site are from guests who actually stayed at the villa. They are published with their consent and under their first name only.
